Fahrid Murray Abraham (born October 24, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American actor. Abraham is of Italian/Syrian heritage, and attended a University of Texas, then exposed acting under Uta Hagen in New York. He began his acting career on the stage, making his stage debut within the Los Angeles staging of Ray Bradbury's The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit.

He won a Academy Award for Best Actor for Amadeus, (1984), as Antonio Salieri, and has appeared around such more popular films (view filmography).
